The new year at the Museo Hermann Hesse Montagnola takes shape as an open journey, marked by exploration, transformation and discovery. This perspective reflects Hermann Hesse’s attentiveness to creative processes and works as they take shape, and this year finds a particular focus in the temporary exhibition dedicated to Isa Hesse-Rabinovitch. Pop-up exhibitions, talks and events throughout the year explore different perspectives on artistic creation, bringing to light connections, resonances and new voices, with a particular attention to women’s contributions. Survey: Towards the Hermann Hesse Jubilee 2027
In 2027, we will mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of Hermann Hesse. To celebrate this important milestone, the Museo Hermann Hesse Montagnola is preparing a new permanent exhibition, along with a renewed curatorial concept, enhanced educational formats, and a reimagined annual program.
